This policy applies to all items purchased directly from Awa Investments—both in-store and online. It covers computers, laptops, hardware components, peripherals, and a wide range of technology accessories.


2. General Conditions for Returns

Return Period: Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. For online orders, the return window begins upon delivery to your address.
Original Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards intact.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation must accompany all returns. If you’ve misplaced your receipt, our team will assist in locating your transaction within our system.
Return Authorization: For online purchases, please contact our customer service team to initiate a return. They will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for shipping your product back to us.


3. Types of Returns

A. Returns Due to Faulty or Defective Products

While we strive to ensure every product is thoroughly inspected before sale, manufacturing issues can occasionally arise. If your item is defective or malfunctions within the 30-day window, we offer the following options:

  • Full replacement with a new unit of the same make and model.
  • A full refund to your original payment method if the product is unavailable or you choose not to replace it.
  • Repairs where applicable, especially for minor faults, at no cost to you within the warranty period.

To process a defective product return:

  • Contact us with details of the issue, including photos or videos if possible.
  • Allow our technical team to assess and verify the defect.

B. Returns Due to Change of Mind

  • You may return the product within 30 days, provided it is unopened and in resaleable condition.
